Canon: Nafta is a global trade deal that could sort of set the terms for a number of different, ah, not just the western hemisphere, t but across the world. The initial boosters of nafta are mainly, like, the mexican economic and political legue. It's an amalgam of different kinds of neo liberal governments,. it also implicates so many more different constituencies. And so that's whereof i see a transition and the rise of what i call the fair globilization coalition.
