When Did He Doubt?
There is nothing in this text that indicates that the wind got stronger at this moment and knocked Peter off of his balance. From all appearances, the wind was blowing at the same velocity as it had been blowing the whole time he stepped toward Jesus. A lot of times when the circumstances get worse, that's when our faith actually locks in and gets stronger. Now I know I need God and I can't play around.
