The SCARF Assessment in the Workplace
SCARF stands for Status, Certainty, Autonomy, Relatedness, and Fairness. It assesses the differences in people's social motivation. One is not at all and seven is very so. Some people are more sensitive to status threat and rewards; others to certainty and relatedness.
