And that's a hundred and 60 to a hundred d 70 times average wage. That's a pretty staggering increase. But with globalization, the job has obviously become more challenging. No one disputes these are difficult jobs. You know, they do put a lot of effort in. We're saying is the pay is just got out of all proportion to everything else that we measure it against.And pay hasn't gone up in hand in hand with the performance of companies.
