i am driven by growth. Always have to be growing right inand in many ways, disrupting things and testing and challenging the status quo. i learned this at a young age, almost by accident, but i ran with it. Andd took massive action. We hired aphelo grammer who had cashed out on stock all the way back in the nineties. He wrote a custom programme for us that was essentially a sales assessment. It would evaluate an itemize seven categories, like prospecting, handling, et cetera. So what we do differently is we're actually going to rate your team on their ability to sell and influence everybody's cause in one way or another.
