The Relationship Between Stress and Mental Health

Stress is a huge problem, i don't think we can live without it. If there's an obvious source of stress you should change your job. But the eof what you can do, and what i recommend, is to learn and practice methods of neutralizing the harmful effects of stress on the mind and the body. And theyare very significant. Again, i recommend breath control as the simplest method, but there's ulsege things. There's yoga, meditation and guided imagery, kno progressive relaxation, all sorts of things you can do. You want to learn some method and practise it regularly.
