How to Deal With a Negative Bias in Meditation?

Buddha: Can we use these same strategies just walking through our day and dealing with something like negative bias? Yes. So the first strategy is basically to replace the unhelpful thought with the more helpful one. And there's a negative bias, try and see something good in the situation. The Buddha basically suggested you only go to the higher strategies if the lower ones don't work.
