The Importance of a Good Process

I think about recipes that are proven, you know, and I remember as a child seeing a recipe for brownies. And I saw my oven went a lot higher and I wanted them faster. So I just was like, well, if I add, I probably did some math. But obviously it doesn't work. There's a certain time and temperature and all these factors that have to be in place. Sometimes you can adjust the variables but a lot of times like that rules in place because that's what works.
