What Jnaetzen Learned in the Prison Camp
Jnaetzen was a staunch communist at one point in his life and an arrogant intellectual. He learned often from watching people who had very deep religious convictions that it was possible to act honorably, even under difficult conditions. And so he said he went over his life with a fine-tooth comb and tried to figure out everything that he had done wrong by his own admission.
