I think most of us don't like to think about death. And I feel like that is the same with a lot of jobs but particularly in your profession. It made me want to help the families of these people more because I've been on the side of that. Yeah, you know how traumatic it is when you lose someone. So like especially unexpectedly so I think that kind of fueled me to want to do it more. That means that now I can be a part of finding out what happened to their loved one and being able to tell them like what actually happened.
We are joined this week by Laura, a student mortuary technician in Australia to discuss her experiences and role and how she thinks about death and the meaning of a good life on this special guest episode.
