i think there have been a couple of times when we've been able to move people into a different place on the team, and that's always much more fun. And i'm hired for people, not necessarily rolls. There have been people that i just, like, didn't it was no longer working, or it didn't work within their trial period. But sometimes it takes in together for a few weeks or a month.
