The Tesla Stock Is Down to $183 a Share

A fake account tweeted Tesla will now be free. That was initially reported as costing Eli Lilly the actual company, a market cap of several million dollars. There's other things in the news that make way more sense to account for it than someone's fake tweet. The question is, could somebody maintain a cause of action against Eli Lilly 69 or against Twitter in connection with announcing this obviously false thing that caused real harm? And the answer to that is absolutely not.
