The Inherent Fail Modes of Respiratory Alkalosis
The way the lung was designed like It lungs like I may fail, but i'm not going to fail By not breathing fast enough. The respiratory alkalosis is more powerful and raised the pH of the patient as an elevated pH So when you went through the primary disorder you found an elevated pH And a decreased p co2 and a decreased bicarb. Then since your lines are going in opposite directions You have a respiratory disorder. That's just pedantic.
