Michael Caputo's Report Was Nuanced, Not a Vindication
Muller's report was nuanced. It concluded that the russians had meddled where russian citizens posed as americans, and that the trump camp an had welcomed and even encouraged their meddling. But no, malla could not establish that the trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the russia government. If we had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so. We did not, however, make a deter nation as to whether the president did commit a crime.
