Ken turkell: This case felt more like an intentional infliction case, which was at efault. The next question becomes, when is it entertainment? When is the journalist? And when are we going to do something about section two 30 to get this under control? We haven't developed laws that are meant to compensate beyond these common law claims. i really think that wes in any case like this, you're seeing a pushback though the idea that this new type of journalism can be done on a grand scale and also with a computer connection.
