Richard Quest: This is an issue about big media figures being very outspoken or inflammatory. He says BBC management will always be thinking, how does this play with them? Quest: Gary Lineker was free to raise questions about Qatar's human rights record with the blessing of the BBC over the World Cup but cannot raise questions of human rights in this country if it involves criticism of government policy. Richard Quest: I think he should be allowed to say this news presenter and not a 12-year-old sports presenter.
