The Indo European Language

In this episode we looked at how the oldest known ancestor of english, the ancient indo european language, was discovered. We also looked at how connections were made between a large number of languages of europe and central asia. And then we will look at how a famous fairy tale collector, one of the famous brothers grim, opened the door to our understanding of germanic languages.
