The low fat diet really had no benefit whatsoever. The practice has changed from eating three meals a day to like six, eight, ten times a day. Insulin spikes up, glucose spikes up, then it crashes at 230, your ravenous again. So that sort of all harkens back to the same dietary changes, but nobody pays attention to it.
