The Ghost of Experimental Philosophy
experimental philosophy is the work of interviewing or surveying members of the general public, not academic philosophers to get their intuitions. So rather than just trust these philosophers in their anglophone in, in their, in their ivory towers, trust what their intuitions are. Let's see if the general public also have those same intuitions. The word conscious does not uniquely encode what philosophers mean by consciousness - this kind of the word is likeness. And it's an ad hoc concept that derives from ordinary language concepts.
