The Impending Judgment of Tire
Habakkuk points out five woes that happen in chapter two of Isaiah. He's not necessarily prophesying to Jerusalem, he's kind of just calling out saying there is wickedness on this world and God is going to answer it. The promise of God will reign ultimately, and they're in Judah. And then the final woe is woe to those who trust in idols, idolatry being a fifth wrinkle.
