What Does It Mean to Respect Someone?

I want a social organism that allows me to live out my individuated karma to the fullest expression of this incarnation and so when I think about that it's like we you know hierarchies can stem from all sorts of things. We make exceptional people who have the opportunity to live their lives that way but what if we instead created a social organisms that encouraged everybody to be Beethoven or Einstein or whatever? It could mean things that are much more similar every day, probably the concept of genius itself would dissolve.
