The Unfairness of Machine Learning, Right?
With machine learning, it kind of forces us to be more clear about what we mean by fairness. And yet, i've seen things like at the bank, there was one where, you know, prock these proxy correlations. You might want to say, we don't want to discriminate by a gender. It seems like always, i challenging, right? Ut, what does it mean to really prove that your models being completely fair? Seems like a heart hard thing to rigorously defined,. although im sure, i mean, we should get people who thought about it deeply on this uni five cast, for sure.
