Hydrogen - The Chicken and Egg Problem

Hydrogen has a lot of potential value as we're looking to decarbonize. What are the barriers to it being able to, to scale up? Hydrogen is like an intermediary; you need an end use before investment can be made on the demand side. The only place where we know there's demand today is in refining and making chemicals one way or other.
