The email response rate got to 5.6%. So that's a massive lift in compared to previous. And then the call rates was roughly the same. We got to 12% in terms of conversion from from connector to conversion. But what we found was the conversations were more meaningful. People actually understood, we were talking the way that, you know, in their language and we contextualize what we're talking about here. It's they understand that with this, there's a level of empathy and what they're trying to deal with.
