Arizona is at this point where the snowball is starting to grow and going faster and faster every year so i've never seen it be as good as it is right now. I think we are going to go through some like hard times from a funding perspective over the next couple years but that'll be an interesting transition. technology is the solution to a lot of like society and you know like our overall problem so uh i'm big on tech and the fact that things have gotten so hammered in the past let's say six months especially creates a lot of opportunities that i'm also excited about.
