Dr. Tydia: Can we talk about some things we can do to actually actively improve our sleep quality? Let's talk about some of the things we can proactively do. We want to make sure that we appreciate that as we can have a set wake up time. So important. Many people talk about a bedtime. You can't force yourself to go to sleep. With some displeasure, you can force yourself to wake up. It's one of the greatest ways to help set the circadian.
