No observation by itself will reveal the entire universe. If we are lucky enough to see something in the optical part of the spectrum, we're only going to see the brightest and most luminous objects. This is why a telescope like the James Webb Space Telescope will be able to see galaxies out past where something like Hubble has found the record-setter GN-Z11.
