Diverse Paths in Feminist Activism and Historical Context

Natasha Chart is a thinker, writer, and feminist activist and organizer who sits on the board of directors of the Women’s Liberation Front (WoLF) and writes for Feminist Current. In this interview with Thistle Pettersen on April 27th, 2017, Natasha talks about WoLF as an organization, its goals and structure as well as the outside influences that have shaped WoLF as a major radical feminist organization with hundreds of members. In addition, Ms. Chart addresses head-on the question of WoLF accepting money to fight gender identity legal battles from the Alliance Defending Freedom, a right-wing advocacy group that is anti-gay and lesbian and against abortion rights.
