The Challenges of Mediation in the Tax Area
Many companies see tax as this is the area of the tax authorities. They don't really know about other forms of mediation that are available. It's sort of a two-pronged issue: Companies may not want to engage with anyone other than the tax authorities, but they also might not know to engage in any other placesother than the tax administration.
