i think i've really mellowed over the years since our first meeting a decade ago. The pandemic has taught us that there are things in our matter of life and death, but food, no, what you choose to cook is not ats much. It should be much more about how much joy you get out of it,. and how delicious you can make it with what you've got. There's some really delicious, wonderful recipes here and there feel like a feast, but they use very humble ingredients.
