Is Socrates Giving Amin?
Socirates is critical of athenian democracy. Democracy is part of this kind of, we'll get there. Bu it's a slippery slope to tyranny, essentially. But i also see in certain other elements, there are things that can seem very strange in the dialogue that make more se if you know about sparta. This is going to be familiar because it's something the spartans actually do. So all these moves are going to hit differently because we're thinking of sparta.
