Global Trade Is Getting Its Share of the Headlines
We are very pleased to have Fred Smith with us today who certainly in the business world and really throughout the country needs no introduction. Fred started Federal Express back in 1973 which his legend has that he had written a term paper on it at Yale that he didn't get the world's best grade on. But Fedek has I think 550,000 employees worldwide and has 16 million shipments every day. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps in Vietnam, two tours of duty, Silver Star, Bronze Star, Purple Hearts.
