I couldn't do what I do today without a great team. The one thing I would say for CFO is out there, if you don't think you've got the right team, the sooner that you can put in place the best team and the right team for the moment. One of my recent highs has a lot of experience in customer experience. So really making sure that we're putting the customer at the front of everything that we're doing. We need decisions as a function. And it's not just finance, it's finance, IT, operations, security. But we are thinking about the customer.
