The Segmentation Fault in Memory Address Space

The operating system segments memory or like into four kilobyte chunks. Segmentation fault is a problem caused by when you're attempting to access a memory address that sort of doesn't actually, the operating system doesn't really know how to translate into physical chip. So it turns out that the operating system can mark some sections of memories executable, some as data and some as code. And so all of this background knowledge that you're supposed to somehow acquire is kind of what I wanted to inject into the book.
