Theo and Style Dictionary - What's the Difference?

Theo and style dictionary were both probably being written around the same time. So there wasn't, like, at least to my knowledge, any other thing that solved that. We'd both come up with similar paradimes, like transforms in formats. And weeven called them both transforms and formats, which was kind of weird and creepy.
