The Benefits of Zone Two Work
If you're doing too hard of zone two or too much zone two, it probably could. There's a huge benefit to that as well to Kyle's point just now. If you are better at creating that filling your heart with blood, there are some benefits to that to recovering in between strength sets. And if we see more interval style workouts in CrossFit and fitness racing where it's like,. the two, two, three intervals from the games a couple of years ago, and we've seen more of that.
