Start with a problem statement. Who are these very, very specific people who have this problem? And so one of the most valuable things that you can do is actually to think through those personas. You know, we thought about our users really as three different types. Aow, what ore they use for emal a, what type of technology? What level of comfort with technology do they have? It's just a tool. There's not really one way to do it either. But this is what we did. We kind of want to identiy them asaso, specific human beings.
