The next one is exceeds expectations and I honestly don't always remember what's in that image. And the last two are my favorite, and it kind of sums up everything I'm trying to talk about today. He spoke at the time about Tesla - he said it's way more than a car. It's electric and fast and fun. Like it's a feeling when you get into it. And it just emotionally resonates. That's ultimately what we're all trying to get out when we're building experiences.
