I'm a Norwegian, and I've Been There a Lot Since I Was a Kid.
I'm interested in this cosmopolita identity, and also the sense of estrangement from one's home. I feel like some othe most compelling architects are those whose work is primary done outside of their home country. We could take utson for example, a where this lack of familiarity, this very clear sense of not belonging, somehow allows for new discoveries, or new ways of seeing what was hiding in plain sight.
