I don't, i think toe to cut, you might as well be standing on a boso ball doing curls like that. You know, it is not a super beneficial exercise. I think you've got to overload the muscle. It's just like emmy, you can really load it up. But i'm sure there's someone out there that's probably cursing me right now for saying that. Some days you look at your skin and it's just like, i really want to but an i dge, i just should'. And the rest is is really beneficinal, obviously.
