The Finance Minister's Predictions for the Budget

I don't envy any finance minister that comes into the role, be it Grant Robertson or Nicola Woodis or whoever takes over. It's going to be a hard couple of years ahead. Some of the treasuries forecast right will get easier after about a year. But it's difficult timing for the election because they are trying to present a election winning offering. And at a time when they can't really afford to show they've kind of got to negotiate that.
