Jim Giordano is a neuroscientist who helped the State Department with its initial investigation. He's also in a position to know lots of stuff that civilians don't get to hear about. Giordano looked into microwaves when he investigated the Havana outbreak. The US Army announced a new $66 million contract for a third-generation anti-drown microwave system called Leonidas.
