Dr. Berkoff, that truly was a whirlwind overview of the pathophysiology and the options of mechanical support are in a ventricular septal rupture. So I will briefly go through what happened with this patient. Essentially, this patient was placed on a tandem heart at the outside hospital. It was an LA toort a device. The patient was converted to ECMO alone with a minimal venting strategy. And the patient was actually on high dose of inotropes initially. Maybe we can talk about the deleterious effects of that potentially.
