How to Fight the Peer Principle

I don't know that it's a lack of innovation though. Like I think Google would probably be a good example. It's like they've completely mastered search on the internet at this point. Seemingly. And they've innovated their company structure and their company model to a point where people have left Google and started their own company. Sure. So yeah I think they're still innovating. They are in different directions. But yeah you're totally right on the market. Chuck we were talking about ways to fight the peer principle and there's actually one more way and that's actually up to the employee. What to just have to go get them to do good work? No.
