How to Improve Your Quality Awareness

The first pillar of quality awareness is breathing and meditation. For some people breath work or meditation can be a daunting feat. Find a moment in which you're by yourself to focus on what's happening within you. That's awareness. Now, obviously, for me, biofeedback was the eye opening, eyeball turning on moment. But regardless of if you have quantification or not, I think whatever allows you to sort of go into a different experience throughout your day that allow you to be calm will make you feel good.
