How to Reconnect With Your Child's Voice

I think in a family dynamic you can call that the child as well as the child's voice is Absolutely as paramount and should absolutely. Our children are greatest teachers I mean we we have the gift of being able to have children if we blessed with that to be able to Reconnect with our own child. The media focuses 98 percent or more on the negative so what happens is our brains start to actually Become skewed and retain and assume that the correct ratio of negative to positive is like that. And this is where the atomic habits and kind of learning to rewire ourselves in gratitude Practice not just thinking positively and trying to have gratitude as an intellectual exercise but doing acts too.
