Health starts with sleep, then diet, exercise, stress management. You can't outrun that bad diet. There's no way you can do it. I would say 85% of the time eat whole foods. It means however many meals you eat in a day, that's how many cheat meals you get in a week. If you wake up in the morning and you are starving and you can't wait to eat, you are not metabolically flexible. And you're basically addicted to sugar. So just roll off, go to your simple protein with every meal,. Have vegetables, healthy fats, you know, and basically time all your carbohydrates around training.
