Hiking in New York City for 24 Hours

I don't remember New York City ever being this hot. I picture waking up before the sunrise and doing locked silent hiking tripod shots through the city as I make my way. As the sun is rising and I maybe start in Brooklyn and then head across the bridge because that's usually a nice morning thing when there's no people. And it would be a little funny to be in a hiking backpack with a sun hoodie and everything hiking through New York City. We also just have to make a plan of where we want to go. And I would like to authentically do it. It wouldn't really feel comfortable getting locked tripod shots during rush hour in busy places with tourists if I have to
