The amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation has set forth an Exhibit A to the proxy statement for this meeting is approved. After adjournment of the business meeting I will respond to questions that you may have that relate to the business of Berkshire but do not call for any action at this meeting. We will break formally at noon and reconvene about 15 minutes later after you've all had a chance to buy a sandwich.
