Diversity is one of our mission priorities here within the agency. Diversifying your staff through all of those areas that I've mentioned allows you to really be innovative in your workforce. We have a very large contingent of employees that are actually supporting that foreign mission. Expertise comes across many different competencies. The ability to do something that's probably larger than yourself and it's sometimes larger than your nation.
